An abstract artist should have abstract writings, so let's go!
Might I introduce you to my new series, "Living with Deep Empathy: Become the Current or Sink," where I dive into live questions, intrigues, and plays as an artist; acting out social experiments to gain perspective on how people, environments, and atmospheres react to feelings and emotions centered on deep empathy.

Chapter One: The Weight of the Weary
Today’s energy felt abnormally out of balance. My presence felt anxious, yet overwhelmingly excited. I’m tired of the stares, the snarls, the glares. People thieving me of my energy that demands an embodying presence in the room. However narcissistic it may sound; the realities of these moments are heavy and disturbing. On good days, this is controlled, gentler. I feel drained. Giving, dumping, thrusting my vortex of energy into the sleepy bundle of bitter people afraid of what light is being reflected to them.

Enjoying the breeze move through the leaves in a chaotic synchronization made me feel unbelievably whole in an instant. A calming sensation of relief trickled down my body, filling any voids that were casting shadows of self-doubt and sabotage. Casting off old thoughts that carry the weight of the weary. Fear, anxiety, worry, blinds and fogs the windshield of life, leaving the driver to weave in an autopilot deficiency.

Fears. Anticipations. Realizations of unconscious relations, moving to a different place. Realizing moving energy. Positioning into the receiving mode. Don’t dwell. The feeling of fear left me now. Now confidently expressing my energy in forward motion towards people, places, and environments that align with my most inner being.

Today was lovely. An absolute care for my being was felt. And then - the complexities of multiple streams of invasive thoughts stole my tender moment of solitude.
The careful relation between where we are, where we are going, and where we want to go. All the while, we cannot get to where we want to go if we are not feeling our very best, or, vibrating out our very best energy. The level of how good you feel can be adjusted, readjusted, aligned, realigned, at any moment in your conscious being, you just need to train and adjust your sight to see more of those “go” signals.
My mind has been needing a sharpening, but I am not a sword...
Until Next Time
